All prices on the Site are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your card or payment method is issued in a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion rate and/or foreign transaction fee. EZBuyToday is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank related to currency conversion.
When You Are Charged
Payment is required in full at the time of checkout, before your order is processed and shipped. In some cases, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold on your account to verify available funds; this is not an additional charge and the hold will be released according to your bank's policies once the transaction is finalized.
Billing Descriptor
Charges from EZBuyToday will appear on your card or bank statement under the name EZBuyToday or a close variation (e.g., the name of our parent company, VINEXPRESS LLC). If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
Declined or Failed Payments
If your payment is declined, please verify your card details, available balance, and billing address, or try an alternative payment method. We are unable to see the specific reason a payment was declined, as this information is determined by your bank or card issuer.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refund processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and are described in detail in our Refund Policy.

To protect our customers, EZBuyToday and our payment processors use industry-standard fraud detection and prevention tools. We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order flagged for suspected fraudulent activity, and may request additional verification before processing such orders.
